The role focuses on strengthening brand visibility, increasing customer engagement, and supporting sales through consistent, high-quality storytelling across digital platforms.

- Develop and manage a structured content calendar aligned with farm activities and sales cycles.
- Capture and produce high-quality photos and videos of farm operations, livestock, crops, and products.
- Create engaging short-form and long-form content for social media platforms.
- Write clear, compelling captions and marketing copy.
- Edit and optimize content for different digital platforms.
- Manage and grow social media accounts.
- Monitor engagement, respond to messages and inquiries professionally.
- Track content performance and provide monthly reports.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in content creation (portfolio required).
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Proficiency in editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Strong writing and storytelling ability.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics.
- Ability to work on-site in a farm environment.
- Self-motivated, creative, and detail-oriented.
