Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Abuja for a Content Creator / Social Media Manager. The role involves creating, curating, and managing content across social media platforms, developing and implementing social media strategies, managing community engagement, and monitoring platform analytics. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the marketing and events team to support promotional campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, and staying updated on social media trends and platform updates.
Qualifications

• Must reside in Abuja
• Aleast 2 years of experience
• Content Creation and Social Media Management skills
• Knowledge of Content Strategy and Social Media Analytics tools
• Strong Writing, Editing, and Proofreading abilities
• Understanding of Marketing and Digital Marketing principles
• Experience with Community Engagement and Audience Growth strategies
• Strong creativity, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Proficiency in social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others
• Graphic design or video editing skills are a bonus
• Familiarity with the real estate industry or prior event promotion experience is a plus
