Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging photo and video content for social media platforms.
- Develop creative content ideas that promote the company's properties and brand.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content campaigns.
- Stay updated with social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Strong storytelling and creative skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must reside within or close to Ajah for an easy commute.
- Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Location: Ajah, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 150,000
Work Mode: Hybrid (3days onsite)
