Content Creator / Digital Marketer

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality content (videos, reels, graphics, photos, and captions) for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop property listing content, site inspection videos, and promotional materials.
• Capture and edit photos/videos of properties, construction progress, and events.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote real estate projects and investment opportunities.
• Manage social media pages and ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Run and optimize paid ads (Instagram, Facebook, Google—an advantage).
• Track engagement, leads, and campaign performance.
• Build brand awareness and online credibility.
• Generate and nurture leads in collaboration with the sales team.
• Respond to basic online inquiries and direct qualified leads to sales executives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Digital Marketer, or Social Media Manager.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content trends.
• Ability to shoot and edit videos using a phone or camera.
• Experience with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, or similar.
• Basic understanding of digital ads and analytics.
• Interest in real estate marketing is a strong advantage.
• Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
