Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality written, graphic, and video content that promotes the bank's products, services, campaigns, and brand across digital platforms.
- Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring content aligns with marketing strategies, product launches, customer engagement initiatives, and business objectives.
- Manage the bank's online communities by responding to customer enquiries, comments, and messages while fostering meaningful engagement and positive customer relationships.
- Build and grow online communities through interactive campaigns, financial education content, live sessions, contests, and other engagement initiatives.
- Monitor brand mentions, customer sentiment, competitor activities, and emerging trends, recommending proactive communication strategies to protect and enhance the bank's reputation.
- Track content performance, community engagement, and social media metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Product, and Communications teams to produce compelling multimedia content and maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels.
- Escalate customer complaints and reputational issues to relevant internal teams, ensuring timely resolution and an excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media management, community management, or digital communications.
- Proven experience creating engaging written, graphic, and short-form video content for social media and digital platforms.
- Proficiency in creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation software.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience engagement strategies, social listening, and digital content performance analytics.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, communication, and community management skills with a strong customer-focused mindset.
- Creative, analytical, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and thrive in a fast-paced digital banking environment.
