Job Summary

The Content Creator is a visionary storyteller who will translate Yara's brand essence—modern African beauty and wellness that celebrates confidence, authenticity, and elegance—into engaging, conversion-driven content across all digital platforms. This role is essential for driving our social selling strategy.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Creation:

  •  Develop, film, edit, and publish high-quality multimedia content (photos, short-form video, and graphics) for social media, especially TikTok, Instagram, and other social selling platforms.

Live Stream Hosting: 

  • Confidently go live on social selling platforms to advertise, demonstrate, and sell products, embodying the brand's mood of pride, self-love, and empowerment.

Brand Alignment: 

  • Ensure all content adheres strictly to the Brand Imagery Style Guide:
  • Feature diverse women, especially in Portraits of Black Women, to reinforce inclusivity
  • Maintain a look of modern minimalism with luxurious touches, clean backgrounds, and soft lighting.
  • Use confident poses, natural smiles, and expressive moments.

Social Media Management: 

  • Manage the daily posting schedule, monitor comments and messages, and actively engage with our audience to foster community growth.

Performance Analysis: 

  • Track and analyze content performance metrics (engagement, views, conversion rates) to inform and optimize future strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role with a strong portfolio of engaging, on-brand content.
  • Advanced proficiency in video editing and graphic design software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva).
  • Experience or comfortability with live video streaming and social selling to drive sales.
  • Deep understanding of current trends and best practices on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
  • Exceptional ability to align creative output with a defined brand identity and aesthetic.

Remuneration: NGN 250,000
