Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Creation:
- Develop, film, edit, and publish high-quality multimedia content (photos, short-form video, and graphics) for social media, especially TikTok, Instagram, and other social selling platforms.
Live Stream Hosting:
- Confidently go live on social selling platforms to advertise, demonstrate, and sell products, embodying the brand's mood of pride, self-love, and empowerment.
Brand Alignment:
- Ensure all content adheres strictly to the Brand Imagery Style Guide:
- Feature diverse women, especially in Portraits of Black Women, to reinforce inclusivity
- Maintain a look of modern minimalism with luxurious touches, clean backgrounds, and soft lighting.
- Use confident poses, natural smiles, and expressive moments.
Social Media Management:
- Manage the daily posting schedule, monitor comments and messages, and actively engage with our audience to foster community growth.
Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze content performance metrics (engagement, views, conversion rates) to inform and optimize future strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role with a strong portfolio of engaging, on-brand content.
- Advanced proficiency in video editing and graphic design software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva).
- Experience or comfortability with live video streaming and social selling to drive sales.
- Deep understanding of current trends and best practices on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
- Exceptional ability to align creative output with a defined brand identity and aesthetic.
