Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content for the company's social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp
- Develop creative content ideas to promote properties, land sales, real estate investments, and company services
- Write compelling captions, property descriptions, and marketing copy.
- Take and edit property photos and videos for online promotion.
- Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend strategies to improve engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Track content performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and inquiries.
Customer Care and Client Relations:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Provide accurate information about available properties, prices, payment plans, inspections, and company services.
- Follow up with prospective clients and ensure inquiries are attended to until the next appropriate step.
- Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with clients.
- Record and organize customer inquiries, leads, and follow-up activities.
- Direct serious prospects to the appropriate sales representative or management team.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Assist with scheduling property inspections, appointments, and client meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate communication of company information.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an OND in a related field.
- Previous experience in the role
