Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
- Create high-quality graphics, short-form videos, reels and promotional materials.
- Capture and edit photos and videos during company activities, training sessions, events and customer success stories.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Write compelling captions, blogs, email content and promotional copy.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend creative ideas to grow online presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing and management team to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Analyse content performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of proven experience in content creation, social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong photography, videography and video editing skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar creative tools.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and think creatively.
- Experience in the financial services or fintech industry is an added advantage.
- Applicants must reside in or very close to Satellite Town, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 100,000-150,000
