Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Research and develop story ideas for Goodnews Naija platforms.
- Create content for social media, websites, and digital campaigns.
- Write articles, captions, interviews, and feature stories.
- Assist in video production, content editing, and publishing.
- Cover events, interviews, and community-impact stories.
- Support social media management and audience engagement.
- Monitor trends and identify relevant content opportunities.
Requirements:
- Must be a serving NYSC corps member.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn).
- Ability to create graphics using Canva is an added advantage.
- Basic photography, videography, or video editing skills are desirable.
- Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Passion for positive storytelling and media
