Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage the brand’s social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
Create engaging content that resonates with the target audience, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics.
Plan and execute social media campaigns around product launches, promotions, and seasonal events.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure success and optimize campaigns for engagement and conversions.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to build a loyal online community.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
Stay up-to-date on social media trends, tools, and best practices relevant to gifting and lifestyle.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and targeting.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience managing social media for a brand, preferably in retail, gifting, or lifestyle.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and analytics tools.
Excellent writing, visual, and creative skills.
Ability to develop campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
