Job summary
We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Content Creator who can bring Whot Studios and its products to life across digital platforms. This is not a role for someone who waits to be told what to post. We need someone who understands storytelling, lives on the internet, and can produce high-quality short and long-form video content that captures
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
Video Content Production:
- Shoot and edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts — consistently and at pace
- Interpret script, storyboard, and video shoots independently or with minimal guidance
- Edit videos using editing software — colour grading, sound design, subtitles, and motion graphics where needed
Content Strategy Execution:
- Translate the brand's creative strategy into engaging, platform-native content formats
- Stay ahead of trending audio, formats, challenges, and cultural moments and execute them quickly for the brand
- Build and maintain a consistent content output schedule without being micromanaged
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form cuts and vice versa to maximize reach across platforms
- Collaborate with the Creative Strategist on campaign concepts and bring them to life
Community & Brand Content:
- Create content that celebrates and spotlights the Who Studios player community — winner stories, gameplay moments, and user testimonials
- Support the production of founder-led content featuring the CEO — capturing authentic moments, interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage
- Assist with production during live events, activations, tournaments, and game show shoots
- Contribute to growing the brand's YouTube channel with consistent, high-retention long-form content
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
