We are seeking a creative, visually driven, and trend-savvy Content & Creative Strategist to lead content creation and creative execution for a fashion brand. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, a good eye for design, and a deep understanding of content strategy, social media trends, and digital engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Create reels, short-form videos, graphics, and other visual assets
- Plan content calendars, campaigns, and trend research
- Design social media creatives, mood boards, and branded materials
- Maintain brand aesthetics, consistency, and visual standards
- Collaborate on creative campaigns and content ideas
- Monitor trends, algorithms, and audience insights to improve performance
- Use AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance content creation
- Contribute creative ideas to improve brand visibility and audience engagement
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in content creation, social media management, digital marketing, or creative design
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools
- Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is an added advantage
- Strong visual storytelling, content ideation, and creative problem-solving skills
- Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience engagement
- Ability to create content both behind and in front of the camera
- Strong eye for branding, aesthetics, and visual communication
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or related industries is an added advantage
