Content Associate

Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Execution:

• Plan and produce daily/weekly content across social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc
• Capture behind-the-scenes content during shoots, fittings, and brand activities
• Create and edit short-form videos (Reels/TikTok) aligned with brand tone and aesthetic
• Create simple graphics, captions, and supporting visual content as needed

Content Strategy:

• Execute weekly/monthly content calendars
• Translate brand strategy into platform-specific high-performing content formats
• Suggest content ideas aligned with trends, brand storytelling, and campaign goals

Brand Storytelling:

• Document the brand's story in a way that feels aspirational, raw, and real
• Ensure all content reflects the brand tone: elegant, feminine, premium, luxury
• Maintain consistency in visual identity and messaging across platforms
• Create community-building initiatives through content-led storytelling

Operational Requirement (Content): 

• Organise content assets (videos, images, shoot folders, etc.)
• Maintain content trackers and posting schedules
• Ensure timely delivery of assets for posting and campaigns

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and visual storytelling
• Great video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Strong aesthetic sense aligned with luxury or premium fashion brands
• Ability to take direction but also bring creative input
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented (Perfect knowledge of Notion will be an added advantage)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
• Passion for fashion, branding, and storytelling
• Creative but disciplined
• Observant and visually literate
• Takes ownership without needing constant supervision
• Calm under pressure during shoots and launch periods
• Understands that excellence is in the detail
