Content Assistant

Responsibilities:

Video Production:

• Shoot short-form videos using your phone — field visits, borrower stories, product explainers, team moments.
• Edit footage using CapCut or similar tools to produce clean, watchable content.
• Adapt content formats for WhatsApp, Instagram Reels, and other platforms as needed.
• Maintain a consistent visual and tonal identity across all video output.

Design & Flyers:

• Design simple promotional and informational flyers using Canva.
• Turn briefs from the ops and marketing team into ready-to-post visuals quickly.
• Ensure all designed materials are on-brand, accurate, and properly formatted for digital and print use.

Content Posting & Distribution:

• Manage posting schedules and upload content to relevant platforms.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure content is captured at the right time and place.
• Track basic engagement metrics and flag what’s working and what isn’t.

Field Collaboration:

• Travel to field locations in Abuja.
• Work alongside ops and credit teams to document real borrower and community activity.
• Represent Hadi Finance professionally in the field, with borrowers, partners, and in-market

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of hands-on content creation experience — not courses, not theory, actual output.
• Demonstrated experience shooting and editing short-form video on a smartphone.
• Proven use of CapCut (or comparable editing tool) for real content — not just basic cuts.
• Active use of Canva for flyer or social media design.
• Experience posting and managing content on at least one social platform.
• Prior work with a brand, business, NGO, or field-based team is a strong advantage.
