Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage weekly social media content calendars
- Design high-quality graphics for posts, stories, and campaigns
- Edit professional videos for Social media (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), YouTube content, and others needed for the company website
- Follow brand guidelines and creative direction
- Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms
- Respond to basic community interactions (comments, DMs)
- Track and report on content performance and suggest improvements
- Support social campaigns and product launches
Requirements:
- Availability for hybrid or full work hours at our Lekki Phase 1 Studio
- Proficiency in desktop/phone video editing software (Premiere Pro, Cap Cut )
- Strong graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva – advanced level)
- Experience with managing or contributing to social media pages
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks on schedule
- Organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Portfolio showing previous video and graphic content
