Consultant Urologist / Urological, Laparoscopic & Robotic Surgeon

Responsibilities:

• Surgical Execution: Perform high-volume urological, laparoscopic, and robotic surgeries, including prostate procedures (HoLEP, TUIP, RARP, LRP).
  
• Endourological Procedures: Conduct specialized endourological interventions such as PCNL, Mini-PCNL, RIRS/FURS, TURBT, and urethrocystoscopy.
  
• Patient Care: Manage inpatient surgical care and outpatient clinic appointments using advanced diagnostic and clinical techniques.
  
• Advanced Training: Participate actively in local and international training programs to master cutting-edge minimally invasive technologies.
  
• Quality Assurance: Maintain exceptional clinical standards, patient safety protocols, and long-term commitment to urological advancement in Nigeria.

Requirements:

• Foundational endourology competence.
• Minimum urethrocystoscopy proficiency.
• Basic and advanced endourological procedure skills.
• Highly clinical, disciplined, and hardworking.
• Strong interest in minimally invasive surgical training.
