Responsibilities:
- Lead project execution from inception to completion
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, and site teams
- Manage schedules, budgets, procurement, and compliance
- Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Provide progress updates to stakeholders
Requirements:
- 15–20 years’ experience managing large-scale construction projects
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Certification with the Chartered Institute of Project Managers of Nigeria is preferred
- Membership of the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria, the Nigerian Institute of Building, or the Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors is an advantage
- Proven leadership of complex, high-value projects
