Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver construction projects from planning to handover
- Manage contractors, site teams, and vendors
- Control project budgets, costs, and timelines
- Conduct site inspections, progress reviews, and quality checks
- Prepare clear project status and cost reports
- Ensure compliance with building, safety, and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years construction project management experience
- Proven experience managing live construction sites
- Strong knowledge of project costing, scheduling, and contractor management
- Background in real estate development or construction
- Ability to work on-site and manage multiple stakeholders
Remuneration: NGN 5.8m – 7.35m annual gross
