Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects and site activities
- Manage site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines and budgets
- Interpret drawings, specifications, and project plans
- Monitor work progress and prepare regular reports for management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Manage materials, equipment, and site resources efficiently
- Resolve on-site issues and make timely decisions
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: HND/B.Sc. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years relevant construction/site management experience
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, site supervision, and project coordination
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project management tools
- Professional certifications are an added advantage
