Construction Manager
Job summary
We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager with at least 4 years of experience to oversee the design, analysis, and delivery of eco-focused residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a passion for sustainable construction and high-quality project execution.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure all structural work aligns with CTL Atlantis’s commitment to eco-friendly design principles and sustainable construction practices
- Oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion
- Supervise site operations to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and according to approved specifications
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, artisans, vendors, and site personnel effectively
- Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure accurate implementation
- Identify project risks, operational issues, or construction delays and implement effective solutions promptly
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for management
- Ensure efficient utilization of labour, materials, equipment, and other project resources
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams throughout all project phases
- Maintain quality assurance standards across all construction activities
- Ensure all projects align with CTL Atlantis’ eco-friendly and sustainable development standards
- Support procurement planning and material coordination where required
- Maintain proper documentation of project activities, reports, approvals, and site records
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in construction management, building projects, or property development
- Strong understanding of construction processes, site management, and project execution
- Good knowledge of Nigerian building regulations, safety standards, and construction best practices
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and technical drawings
- Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, and on-site teams
- Proficiency in project management and construction-related software is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery
- Genuine interest in sustainable and innovative building solutions
- Ability to manage multiple construction activities simultaneously
- Strong leadership and site coordination capabilities
