We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager with at least 4 years of experience to oversee the design, analysis, and delivery of eco-focused residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a passion for sustainable construction and high-quality project execution.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities: 

  • Ensure all structural work aligns with CTL Atlantis’s commitment to eco-friendly design principles and sustainable construction practices 
  • Oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion
  • Supervise site operations to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and according to approved specifications 
  • Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, artisans, vendors, and site personnel effectively
  • Monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards 
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure accurate implementation 
  • Identify project risks, operational issues, or construction delays and implement effective solutions promptly 
  • Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for management
  • Ensure efficient utilization of labour, materials, equipment, and other project resources
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams throughout all project phases 
  • Maintain quality assurance standards across all construction activities
  • Ensure all projects align with CTL Atlantis’ eco-friendly and sustainable development standards
  • Support procurement planning and material coordination where required
  • Maintain proper documentation of project activities, reports, approvals, and site records 


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related field 
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in construction management, building projects, or property development 
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, site management, and project execution
  • Good knowledge of Nigerian building regulations, safety standards, and construction best practices 
  • Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and technical drawings 
  • Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, and on-site teams
  • Proficiency in project management and construction-related software is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills 
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality delivery 
  • Genuine interest in sustainable and innovative building solutions 
  • Ability to manage multiple construction activities simultaneously 
  • Strong leadership and site coordination capabilities 
  • Willingness to take ownership of projects and drive execution effectively
  • Ability to work both on-site and within a structured office environment
  • High level of accountability, professionalism, and reliability 
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
