Construction Manager
Job summary
We are hiring an experienced Construction Manager for site-based roles in Ikoyi and Lekki, Lagos. The role involves overseeing execution, coordination, quality control, and delivery of multi-storey residential projects (minimum 6 floors). Candidates must have strong technical and site management experience from reputable construction firms.

Responsibilities:
- Full oversight of daily site operations, contractor coordination, and resource control
- Integration of architectural, structural, and MEP works
- Strong enforcement of QA/QC standards and site documentation
- Management of construction sequencing from foundation to finishing
- Ensuring project timelines, quality, and productivity targets are met
- Coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and internal site teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years’ hands-on construction experience
- Proven experience in multi-storey buildings (6+ floors)
- Strong background in full project lifecycle delivery
- BSc in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Must be COREN registered
- Strong leadership, planning, and contractor management skills.
- Structural drawings interpretation and reinforcement detailing
- Setting out, leveling, and dimensional control
- Foundation and substructure works (rafts, piles, pile caps)
- Concrete works, formwork inspection, and reinforcement checks
- Piling supervision and structural alignment verification
- Finishing works coordination and MEP integration
- AutoCAD and Revit (mandatory)
- ETABS and SAFE (familiarity required)
- Microsoft Project or similar planning tools
Location: Ikoyi & Lekki, Lagos (Site-Based)
Remuneration: NGN 800,000 – 1,000,000 Monthly Net
Working Hours: 8:00 am – 6:00pm (Monday – Saturday)
