Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate tasks according to priorities and plan
- Assign general and daily responsibilities.
- Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
- Monitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budget
- Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met
- Supervise, train, and monitor workers.
- Inspect work-in-progress to detect and correct deficiencies, ensuring high standards of workmanship
- Resolve problems when they arise

- Report on progress to managers, engineers, etc
Requirements:
- 4 years of hands-on proven experience as a construction foreman
- HND with a track record of supervisory or general foreman responsibilities
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and HSE guidelines
- Ability to read drawings, plans, and blueprints
- Ability to communicate and report effectively
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving, budget management, conflict resolution, and clear verbal communication skills
- Good physical condition and stamina
