Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily inspection, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of cement plant mechanical equipment (rotary kiln, ball mill, conveyor, crusher, fan, and other mechanical equipment).
• Complete regular equipment maintenance, overhaul, and parts replacement work strictly in accordance with maintenance specifications.
• Record maintenance data, sort out equipment maintenance files, summarize failure causes, and put forward improvement suggestions.
• Cooperate with the maintenance manager to complete preventive maintenance work to reduce equipment failure rate and downtime.
• Guide maintenance workers to carry out standardized operations, ensure maintenance safety and construction quality.
• Cooperate with the Chinese technical team to complete equipment transformation, debugging, and technical upgrading work.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Equipment Maintenance, or related majors.
• At least 3 years of construction equipment maintenance experience, familiar with cement production line mechanical equipment structure and failure principles.
• Able to independently complete equipment fault detection, disassembly, maintenance, and debugging work.
• Familiar with mechanical drawings, equipment maintenance processes, and safety operation specifications.
• Hard-working, able to adapt to on-site emergency maintenance work, with strong practical ability and a sense of responsibility.
