Confectionery Store Supervisor

• Financial & Inventory Reconciliation: Conduct precise daily reconciliation of production outputs against total retail sales logs.
• Transaction Management: Issue accurate customer invoices, process receipts, and manage day-to-day order documentation.
• Production Coordination: Oversee daily production timelines and supervise factory floor staff to maintain consistent output.
• Quality Assurance: Enforce strict adherence to all established production standard operating procedures (SOPs) and health regulations.
• Facility Oversight: Supervise and maintain an exceptionally clean, hygienic, and organized retail and production environment.
• Client Relations: Manage incoming client orders, handle inquiries, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Personnel Scheduling: Structure and deploy weekly staff rosters to ensure optimal operational coverage.

Requirements:

• Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related structured discipline.
• Practical proficiency in computer applications, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong multi-tasking capabilities, and the ability to excel under tight operational deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with professional customer relationship management abilities.
• Proximity to the Ojodu/Berger axis of Lagos State for a reliable daily commute.
