Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional assistance and support to clients during travel.
- Coordinate logistics such as check-ins, movement, and basic arrangements.
- Communicate clearly and courteously with clients, partners, and colleagues.
- Resolve issues calmly and professionally when they arise.
- Maintain discretion, respect, and service discipline always.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND/BA/BSc in Hospitality, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Prior experience in hospitality, travel, customer service, or logistics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and organised in fast-paced situations.
- Fluency in English (additional local or international languages is a plus).
- A dependable, professional, and team-oriented work ethic.
