Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with statutory filings and regulatory requirements for agencies such as PENCOM, NSITF, ITF, NMDPRA, CAC, and others.
- Conduct internal compliance audits and support policy implementation.
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare timely compliance reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold company and regulatory standards.
- Monitor regulatory changes and update internal procedures accordingly.
