Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Compliance Administrator to support and maintain the company’s compliance framework. The ideal candidate will ensure that internal processes align with regulatory requirements and company policies, while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting audits.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update compliance records, policies, and procedures
- Monitor and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards
- Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits
- Track and report compliance issues, risks, and incidents
- Support the implementation of compliance programs and initiatives
- Conduct routine compliance checks and reviews
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure compliance alignment
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in compliance, administration, or a related role
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance principles
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, legal)
- Familiarity with compliance tools or risk management systems
- Professional certifications (e.g., Compliance Certification, Risk Management)
