Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport staff, clients, and materials to designated locations.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off as scheduled.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the assigned vehicle at all times.
- Conduct routine vehicle checks (fuel, oil, water, brakes, tires, etc.).
- Report any faults, damages, or maintenance needs promptly.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance.
- Adhere strictly to road safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of items when necessary.
- Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays.
- Ensure all vehicle documents (license, insurance, etc.) are valid and up to date.
Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license.
- Proven experience as a driver (preferably in a corporate environment).
- Good knowledge of road networks and traffic regulations.
- Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
