The Company Driver is responsible for providing reliable, safe, and timely transportation services for staff, and company goods. The role involves ensuring the proper maintenance and cleanliness of the assigned vehicle, adhering to all traffic regulations, and supporting day-to-day administrative and logistics operations.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Safely transport staff, clients, and visitors to and from the designated location
Deliver and pick up documents, parcels, and other company materials as assigned.
Maintain the vehicle in good working condition, including routine checks on fuel, oil, water, tires, brakes, and overall cleanliness.
Ensure adherence to all road safety rules, traffic laws, and company driving policies.
Record and report any mechanical issues, accidents, or incidents immediately.
Keep an updated logbook of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
Assist with general office errands and logistical support when required.
Ensure passengers and company goods are handled with professionalism and care.
Follow assigned schedules and respond promptly to transport requests.
Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate courteous behavior at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum of an SSCE qualification
Minimum of 2 years of experience
Good Communication skills
