We are seeking a creative and results-driven Community / Social Media Manager to lead our online presence, drive engagement with our audience and manage our communities. The ideal candidate will develop and implement social media strategies that align with our brand values, enhance customer engagement, and boost brand awareness.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across all major platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring comments and messages, and responding to inquiries.
- Manage and grow communities on different platforms, including WhatsApp, Instagram, and Telegram
- Write weekly newsletters and communiques to community members
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to generate insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams like graphic designers, content, marketing, and events to create and maintain brand cohesiveness.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Canva and Capcut
- Creative content creation skills
- Proficient in writing
- At least 2 years of experience is required
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
