Timart Business Solutions Limited is looking for a hands-on Community Manager to lead and grow our affiliate network.

Responsibilities:
- Manage our affiliate community: Engage, motivate, and keep affiliates active daily
- Onboard new affiliates: Run a smooth onboarding and get them productive fast
- Train existing affiliates: Share strategies, content, and best practices to improve performance
- Support all affiliates: Be the first point of contact for questions, issues, and wins
- Plan growth strategy & execute: Develop and run plans to recruit more affiliates and increase output
- Report key metrics: Track leading metrics and provide insights to management for decision-making.
Requirements:
- Proven record of managing a community before.
- Portfolio or references required
- Sales experience is required
- Network marketing and/or affiliate marketing experience is a big bonus
- Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills
- Data-driven: Comfortable tracking performance and reporting results.
- Self-starter who can execute without constant supervision
Location: Remote
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 - 120,000
