Job summary

The Community Manager will build and manage the Adloyalty realtor network, engaging brokers and agents, driving training participation, coordinating communication and events, and aligning members with company standards. Strong communication, relationship management, and real estate industry knowledge are essential.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow Adloyalty’s realtor community across digital platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, CRM tools, social platforms) and physical engagements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and its network of real estate brokers and agents.
  • Drive engagement through regular updates, announcements, trainings, challenges, and incentive programs.
  • Plan and coordinate realtor onboarding sessions, meetings, webinars, and offline events.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and community guidelines within the network.
  • Collect feedback, concerns, and market insights from realtors and escalate actionable recommendations to management.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve realtor performance and retention.
  • Track community engagement metrics and prepare periodic performance reports.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in community management, real estate operations, sales coordination, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of real estate brokerage operations and realtor networks (highly preferred).
  • Proven experience managing large communities or distributed sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, conflict-resolution, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and event coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple community initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital communication and collaboration tools.
