Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage WhatsApp and Telegram communities.
- Create engaging graphics, announcements and educational posts.
- Keep communities active daily.
- Welcome new members and guide them through the community.
- Respond to general enquiries and direct academic questions to tutors.
- Direct admission enquiries to the Sales Team.
- Collect student testimonials.
- Maintain relationships with alumni.
- Recruit successful students into our Brand Ambassador Programme.
- Share social media content within our communities.
- Encourage engagement on company social media platforms.
- Monitor community growth and engagement.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong writing ability.
- Canva design skills.
- Basic video editing is an advantage.
- Experience managing WhatsApp or Telegram communities.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Friendly and professional personality.
