Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Attend to enquiries from prospective students and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, schools, and community stakeholders.
- Support student engagement and ensure a positive learning experience.
- Represent the Academy during school visits, events, and community outreach activities.
- Follow up with prospective students and support enrollment activities.
- Collaborate with the Programs and Marketing teams on student and community initiatives.
- Gather feedback and provide support to students and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in education, customer service, community engagement, sales, admissions, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Confident, friendly, and professional personality.
- Passion for working with students and engaging with communities.
