Communications Assistant
Job summary
As a Communications Assistant, you will be the supportive engine of our brand's storytelling. You will work closely with the Creative Director and Marketing lead to execute communication strategies across digital and traditional platforms. Your primary focus will be on creating compelling content, managing social media interactions, and supporting.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.
- Create compelling newsletters, website updates, press releases, and marketing materials.
- Create annual and monthly content calendars and manage content libraries.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with our audience in the comments and DMs for enquiries and bookings.
- Track social media trends and create relevant content ideas that align with our brand identity.
- Assist in managing influencer and brand ambassador collaborations.
- Support in the coordination of fashion shows, trunk shows, and client events.
- Track communication metrics and prepare simple performance reports.
- Coordinate meetings, maintain and update contact lists.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience
- Degree in a related field
