Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for a Commission Sales Associate. The Commission Sales Associate will actively identify and engage with potential customers while promoting Heirs Insurance Group’s products and services. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting product presentations, meeting sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires effective communication, negotiation, and a strong ability to close sales and achieve revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Experience in insurance services or financial products is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
