Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos State, Nigeria, for a Commission Sales Associate. The role involves identifying and pursuing potential clients, pitching services, and negotiating contracts. You will foster relationships with clients, develop and execute sales strategies, achieve sales targets, and provide exceptional customer service. You will also stay updated on market trends and advancements to ensure effective solution offerings align with client needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship building
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of digital marketing, AI applications, and data-driven decision-making
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools
- Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
- Experience in the digital marketing industry is a strong advantage
