Commercial Officer
Job summary
This role will drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing real estate business opportunities across property sales, leasing, facility management contracts, and strategic partnerships. The role is responsible for expanding the company's client base, increasing property transaction volumes, and sourcing property mandates.

- Identify new business opportunities within the real estate market.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and corporate clients.
- Generate and secure property sales and leasing mandates.
- Market available properties for sale or lease.
- Conduct property inspections and presentations.
- Negotiate transactions on behalf of the company and clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
- Source new facility management contracts.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals to prospective clients.
- Participate in bid submissions and contract negotiations.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
- Provide market intelligence and advisory services.
- Address client enquiries and coordinate service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare periodic business development reports.
- Recommend new revenue-generating initiatives.
- Develop strategic alliances with developers, financial institutions, estate surveyors, and corporate organizations.
- Attend industry networking events and business forums.
- Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, business development, or commercial management.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Understanding of the real estate market and property transactions.
