The Lead Commercial Broker will spearhead CW Real Estate’s commercial transactions, focusing on office building disposals, office floor sales, commercial leasing, and enterprise-level acquisition mandates. This role requires an experienced professional with deep knowledge of the Lagos commercial property market, particularly within Lagos Island

Responsibilities:
Commercial Brokerage & Transactions:
- Lead negotiations and execution of commercial property sales and leasing transactions.
- Handle office building disposals, office floor sales, and commercial asset transactions.
- Manage enterprise acquisition briefs from corporate clients.
- Structure and close high-value commercial real estate deals.
Mandate Acquisition:
- Source and secure exclusive commercial property mandates from developers, investors, and institutional owners.
- Identify opportunities for office building sales, portfolio disposals, and commercial acquisitions.
- Position CW Commercial as a preferred brokerage for asset-level transactions.
Enterprise Client Engagement:
- Develop relationships with corporate occupiers, enterprise clients, multinational firms, and institutional investors.
- Provide advisory support to businesses seeking office headquarters, expansion spaces, or investment properties.
- Manage long-term client relationships and strategic mandates.
Market Intelligence & Advisory:
- Maintain strong knowledge of the commercial real estate landscape in Lagos CBD markets.
- Track trends in office demand, investment sales, and commercial leasing activity.
- Advise clients on pricing strategies, investment opportunities, and market positioning.
Collaboration & Internal Coordination:
- Work closely with marketing and media teams to promote commercial listings and mandates.
- Coordinate with legal, operations, and management teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Support the strategic growth of the CW Commercial division.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc.
