Job summary
We are seeking a commercially driven and results oriented Commercial Growth Manager to lead revenue growth, client acquisition, and market expansion within our outdoor advertising business. It is not a conventional marketing role, we are looking for business builders who understands how to identify opportunities, win new business and lead teams.

Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth through strategic client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
- Develop and execute commercial strategies that increase market share and revenue performance.
- Lead and mentor the commercial and marketing team to improve execution, accountability, and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, clients, and strategic partners.
- Lead high-value negotiations and successfully close new business opportunities.
- Oversee campaign delivery to ensure client expectations, quality standards, and timelines are consistently achieved.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide clients with meaningful business insights and recommendations.
- Identify emerging market opportunities, high-value locations, and new revenue channels within the outdoor advertising ecosystem.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure commercial promises translate into operational excellence.
- Prepare and present pipeline reports, growth forecasts, and performance updates to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in business development, media sales, advertising, marketing, or commercial management.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing client portfolios.
- Previous experience leading teams and managing performance.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially astute with the ability to translate opportunities into measurable business outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Experience within outdoor advertising, media sales, billboards, digital outdoor advertising, advertising agencies, or related sectors will be highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
