Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located Lagos Free Trade Zone and Epe for a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager. The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of business banking clients by developing strong relationships, identifying their financial needs, and providing tailored banking solutions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, cross-selling financial products and services, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring effective cash management solutions for clients. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams to achieve business targets and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Business Relationship Management and ability to effectively manage client portfolios.
- Knowledge and experience in Cash Management and related financial solutions.
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data, assess risks, and identify growth opportunities.
- Solid understanding of Finance and Financial Services, with a track record of delivering customer-focused solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline. Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, ACCA) are an added advantage.
- Proficiency in using financial systems, tools, and software applications relevant to banking and client management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
