Commercial and Marketing Manager
Job summary
The Commercial & Marketing Manager builds demand, earns customer trust, and turns attention into sales. This role owns Frati Furniture's brand presence and go-to-market activity, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth while also managing the company website as the digital front door for the business.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute campaigns and promotions across digital channels to build brand awareness, drive qualified traffic and leads, and support sales targets.
- Own the content calendar, create and publish engaging content, and grow Frati Furniture's presence across social platforms.
- Develop and drive strategies to acquire new customers and convert interest into sales; set and track commercial KPIs and targets.
- Manage and maintain the company website, including content updates, product presentation, site performance, and ensuring the site reflects current campaigns, pricing, and brand standards.
- Build brand partnerships and collaborations, and safeguard brand consistency across marketing materials, collateral, and all customer touchpoints.
- Contribute to excellent customer support from first enquiry to repeat purchase, in coordination with the wider Customer Service function.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and relay customer feedback to Product & Merchandising and Operations to inform range and service improvements.
- Plan, allocate, and track the marketing budget to ensure efficient spend and measurable return on investment.
- Manage customer databases and email/CRM campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive repeat purchases.
- Coordinate with Product & Merchandising on new product launches, represent the brand at events or with media as needed, and track and report on overall marketing performance.
Requirements:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a marketing or commercial role, ideally within retail, e-commerce, or an SME environment.
- Practical experience managing a website (content management systems, basic site updates and troubleshooting).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media management, and campaign execution.
- Excellent communication, brand storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving team and wearing multiple hats as the business grows.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to use analytics and reporting to guide decisions.
