Collaborators for API Exchange Software Development

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain APIs for exchanging data between different software systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration of APIs.
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive data during exchange processes.
• Optimize API performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise during development and deployment.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in API development and integration.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development, with a focus on API design and integration.
• Experience with API documentation tools like Swagger or OpenAPI.
• Previous experience working on projects involving data exchange between different software systems is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications related to API development or security (e.g., Certified API Developer, Certified Information Security Manager) are a plus.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  
• Strong understanding of API design principles, including RESTful and GraphQL architectures.
• Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms such as OAuth 2.0.
  
• Knowledge of database systems and SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
