Job summary

As a Cold Caller, you will identify potential customers, make outbound calls, and manage leads to help drive the company's revenue growth. Your mission is to convert leads into bookings, provide a high-touch service, and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional follow-up and execution.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Making outbound cold calls and follow-ups
  • ⁠Updating CRM and internal sales sheets.
  • Qualifying leads according to company criteria.
  • ⁠Scheduling meetings for the sales team
  • ⁠Following scripts and improving objection-handling performance
  • ⁠Daily reporting of call activities
  • ⁠Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
  • Adherence to communication standards and professionalism
  • Accurate CRM updates

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to speak with a clear and fluent British accent is an added advantage.

Target:
  • ⁠Minimum daily call volume: 70 (Tentative)
  • ⁠Minimum Appointments set per week: 3+ (Tentative)
