Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate the coaster bus on assigned routes and schedules
- Transport passengers comfortably and efficiently to designated locations
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips
- Ensure compliance with traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies
- Maintain cleanliness and proper care of the assigned bus
- Monitor fuel, oil, and basic maintenance needs of the vehicle
- Report accidents, faults, delays, or mechanical issues promptly
- Assist passengers when necessary and maintain professionalism at all times
- Keep accurate trip records and vehicle documentation
- Ensure passengers follow safety guidelines during transit
- Coordinate with transport management regarding schedules and operations
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE qualification
- Valid driver’s license with appropriate driving category for commercial buses
- Proven experience as a Bus Driver, Coaster Driver, or Commercial Driver
- Good knowledge of road safety rules and traffic regulations
- Ability to drive long and short distances responsibly
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and discipline
