Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the club and lounge.
• Supervise and coordinate lounge staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Ensure outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor daily sales, cash handling, and operational reports.
• Coordinate entertainment schedules, events, and nightlife activities.
• Enforce company policies, operational standards, and safety procedures.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with relevant departments to prevent stock shortages.
• Drive revenue growth through effective marketing and promotional activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of HND qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a club, lounge, hotel bar, or nightlife establishment.
• Strong knowledge of nightlife operations and hospitality management.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• Strong communication, customer service, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Experience managing staff schedules, cash flow, and daily operations.
• Must be confident, professional, and able to work under pressure.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office are an added advantage.

Remuneration: NGN150,000 per month
