Club Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the club.
• Supervise, coordinate, and manage club staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor sales, cash handling, and daily revenue.
• Manage stock and inventory levels.
• Coordinate staff schedules and shifts.
• Handle customer complaints and operational issues professionally.
• Maintain discipline and professional standards among staff.
• Monitor the cleanliness, appearance, security, and general atmosphere of the club.
• Work with management to achieve sales and operational targets.
• Ensure club rules, policies, and safety procedures are followed.
• Prepare operational reports when required.

Requirements:

• Must have proven experience in club management, nightlife, lounge, bar, or similar hospitality operations.
• Previous managerial or supervisory experience is required.
• Good knowledge of club and nightlife operations and customer trends.
• Strong leadership and staff-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Must be smart, confident, professional, and presentable.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy nightlife environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Must be honest, responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy.
• Must be willing to reside in the provided accommodation.

Location: Warri, Delta State

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 – 150,000 Monthly
