Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions for enterprise customers.
• Lead cloud implementation and migration projects across multiple cloud platforms.
• Implement and migrate cloud environments on Alibaba Cloud, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Deploy and support cloud networking, identity management, security controls, and backup solutions.
• Configure and manage virtual machines, storage, networking, and cloud-native services.
• Implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies and access controls.
• Support cloud security best practices and ensure secure cloud deployments.
• Conduct solution testing, validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and as-built documentation.
• Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to customers after project completion.
• Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.
• Stay updated with emerging cloud technologies and industry best practices.
• Ensure implementations comply with customer requirements, vendor recommendations, and security standards. 

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, cloud migration, or enterprise solution implementation.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience implementing and supporting enterprise cloud solutions.
• Strong experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Alibaba Cloud) and familiarity with others is preferred.
• Strong understanding of: Cloud networking, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Cloud security best practices, Backup and disaster recovery solutions, Virtualization technologies
• Strong understanding of networking concepts including: TCP/IP, Routing and Switching, DNS, and DHCP
• Experience with Linux and Windows Server administration.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
