Client Services Executive
Job summary
GEMS Communications Limited is seeking a proactive Client Services Executive to manage client relationships, drive business development and ensure excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and digital marketing skills, with a passion for advertising and client service satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain detailed records
- Develop and implement new and innovative ways to gain a competitive advantage.
- Source for new clients and develop a retention strategy for both existing and new clients.
- Ensure compliance pictures are taken and sent to clients in a timely.
- Regularly relates with clients to effectively deliver agreed deliverables/ deviations on posted contracts.
- Prepare and submit weekly and quarterly reports.
- Effectively execute and interpret the client’s brief
- Ensure daily management of accounts.
- Regular submission of updated vacant sites to clients
- Develop and regularly maintain mailing schedules.
- Develop Online Marketing strategies
- Follow-up calls to clients and prospects
- Liaison with stakeholders: client services team, clients, IT, head of departments, and CEO, etc.
- Auxiliary function (applicable to all staff)
Requirements:
- Open to all Universities and Polytechnic graduates with a marketing or Business-related Background
- Certifications and ARCON professional memberships will be an added advantage.
- 0-3 years of working experience
- Experience and/or passion in a marketing/advertising agency
- Good knowledge and use of digital tools
- Fluency in communication
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Have a good understanding of social media
- Good knowledge of reporting tools, Excel, Word, and applications
