- Assist customers with loan applications and Proof of Funds requests
- Follow up on pending customer documentation and approvals
- Maintain accurate customer records and transaction updates
- Resolve complaints and ensure timely issue escalation
- Educate customers on company services and processes
- Support daily operational and administrative activities
- Ensure professional communication and customer satisfaction standards

Work Days: Monday to Friday (9 am to 4 pm)
